Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for core fintech products, from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and maintain consistency
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Stay current with emerging design trends and advocate for user-centric methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual systems
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including persona development and journey mapping
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to articulate design decisions through user data and business objectives
