Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Proven experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
