Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
- Mentor junior designers and actively participate in design critiques and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative design process.
