Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create pixel-perfect responsive designs
- Conduct user research sessions and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with prototyping tools (Principle, ProtoPie) and front-end basics
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
