Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, stakeholders) to align design with business objectives
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback to optimize usability and accessibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and performance improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
