Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2C product design
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
