Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and user testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD that align with brand guidelines
- Conduct user research sessions to identify pain points and validate design solutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement designs with optimal performance
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and enhance conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- BA/BSc in Design, HCI, or related field
