Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy and execution for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and persona development.
- Translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly UI designs.
- Maintain and evolve our enterprise-level design system.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Create rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or product environment.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skill.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Experience with motion design and interaction prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Principle).
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and receive constructive feedback.
- Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field.
