Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints from user research to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready assets
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Define interaction patterns and motion design principles that enhance usability
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation and presentations
- Mentor junior designers and champion design excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design with measurable impact
- Proficiency in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
