Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives through interviews, usability testing, and persona development
- Design high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user behavior analytics
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across the organization
- Present design strategies to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or enterprise products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
