Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs for mobile and web platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives and technical constraints
- Conduct user research sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and enhance user satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and visual problem-solving
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design patterns
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design practices
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprint processes
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing frameworks
