Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and implementation
- Develop and maintain our core design system, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Create compelling design documentation and style guides for development teams
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development workshops
- Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or ProtoPie
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user journeys
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and design sprint facilitation
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
