Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes from research to implementation
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes for complex SaaS platforms
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Mentor junior designers and establish design best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience mentoring design teams and managing design systems
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for front-end collaboration
