- Develop and maintain a robust Design System that scales with our product, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Present compelling design proposals and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex product designs.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience creating interactive prototypes and design systems.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
