Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design process for core platform features from concept to final handoff.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
- Build and maintain a scalable, cohesive design system to ensure consistency across our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads to balance user needs with technical feasibility.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and motion design patterns.
- Mentor junior design staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Analyze product analytics and user feedback to continuously iterate and optimize existing user flows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing high-traffic digital products (web and mobile).
- A world-class portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and visual design excellence.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Proven ability to translate user data and business requirements into intuitive UI/UX.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
