You will be the bridge between technical architecture and business objectives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standard.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex software development life cycle (SDLC) projects.
- Coordinate with engineering leads and product managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and bottlenecks to maintain velocity.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage resource allocation and budget forecasting across multiple workstreams.
- Provide transparent reporting on project health and KPIs to executive stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and high performance within engineering squads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within an Agile environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.
