Responsibilities
- Drive the full lifecycle of complex technical projects from inception through deployment, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Design, to align technical deliverables with strategic business goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to maintain operational momentum.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to foster a culture of high-velocity delivery.
- Develop and track project KPIs, providing transparent reporting and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Implement scalable project management frameworks that improve team efficiency and reduce technical debt.
- Manage resource allocation and budget planning to ensure sustainable project growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in technical project management within an enterprise SaaS or software development environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies with a track record of scaling process efficiency.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
