Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise-level software projects within aggressive timelines.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Manage project risks, mitigation strategies, and resource allocation to ensure optimal ROI.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline development velocity and throughput.
- Report directly to stakeholders on project status, budget tracking, and performance metrics.
- Mentor junior project coordinators and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations to maintain project integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related business field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a software development environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification strongly preferred.
- Deep proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project visualization tools like Miro or Asana.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and distributed global teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts under pressure.
