Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from discovery through to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Manage project roadmaps, resource allocation, and budget tracking with precision.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Report project status, health, and key metrics to executive leadership stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the PMO.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification is highly preferred.
