Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product, and design stakeholders.
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and project bottlenecks.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal team performance.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting standards to keep executive leadership informed.
- Foster a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing distributed teams and complex product lifecycles.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data-driven project insights.
