Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic tax planning solutions for multinational corporations
- Lead IRS audits and state tax controversy proceedings
- Mentor junior tax professionals and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax regulations
- Collaborate with CFOs and executive teams on M&A tax implications
- Research emerging tax legislation and advise on policy changes
- Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- CPA license with 7+ years of progressive tax experience
- Master's degree in Taxation or equivalent professional certification
- Proven expertise in corporate tax planning and controversy resolution
- Advanced knowledge of international tax frameworks (BEPS, OECD)
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Experience managing tax teams of 5+ professionals
- Proficiency in tax software (Vertex, Thomson Reuters)
