Responsibilities
- Manage multi-state tax compliance projects for corporate clients
- Lead tax due diligence and M&A integration strategies
- Develop innovative tax savings solutions for high-net-worth individuals
- Supervise tax preparation teams and ensure audit-readiness
- Advolve in IRS dispute resolution and state tax controversy cases
- Maintain relationships with key financial institution partners
Qualifications
- CPA license with 7+ years of tax advisory experience
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (ProSystem, Lacerte, or Avalara)
- Expertise in international tax frameworks and transfer pricing
- Demonstrated success leading tax teams of 5+ professionals
- JD or MST degree from ABA-accredited institution
- Experience with SALT and federal tax code revisions
