Qualifications
- CPA license with 5+ years tax experience
- Master's in Taxation or MBA preferred
- Expertise in state & federal tax codes
- Proven M&A tax transaction experience
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines
