Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-jurisdictional tax strategies for multinational corporations
- Lead tax compliance engagements including federal, state, and international filings
- Manage transfer pricing documentation and IRS audit support
- Advise clients on M&A tax implications and restructuring opportunities
- Mentor junior staff and oversee quality control of deliverables
- Utilize tax technology platforms for data analysis and automation
Qualifications
- CPA license with 7+ years of Big 4 or national firm experience
- Advanced degree in Taxation or JD with tax specialization
- Expertise in international tax, state & local tax, and IRS regulations
- Proficiency in tax software (Vertex, OnePoint, CCH Axcess)
- Demonstrated leadership in managing tax engagements
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with tax technology and automation
