Responsibilities
- Lead multi-state tax compliance initiatives for corporate clients
- Develop strategic tax savings opportunities through restructuring and incentives
- Manage audits with IRS and state tax authorities
- Oversee tax provision calculations under ASC 740
- Train and supervise junior tax professionals
- Advise clients on M&A tax implications
- Implement tax technology solutions for efficiency
Qualifications
- CPA license required (active)
- 7+ years public accounting tax experience
- Expertise in corporate tax, SALT, and international taxation
- Proficient in tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, ONESOURCE)
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Strong leadership and client management abilities
- Master's degree in Taxation preferred
