Responsibilities
- Oversee complex tax compliance and strategic planning for multinational corporations
- Lead M&A transaction tax due diligence and structuring initiatives
- Develop innovative tax optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 tax professionals
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships with key client stakeholders
- Stay ahead of evolving global tax legislation and regulatory changes
- Present tax solutions to executive leadership and client boards
Qualifications
- CPA license with 8+ years in public accounting or corporate tax
- Proven expertise in international tax planning and transfer pricing
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (e.g., Vertex, ONESOURCE)
- Strong background in M&A tax structuring and post-merger integration
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Experience managing cross-functional tax teams and projects
- JD or LLM in Taxation preferred
