Responsibilities
- Design and implement global tax strategies for multinational corporations
- Lead IRS audits and state tax controversy resolutions
- Oversee tax provision calculations under ASC 740
- Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance
- Develop tax-efficient M&A structures
- Mentor junior tax professionals through technical training
- Utilize tax software (Sovos, Vertex) for automation
Qualifications
- CPA certification required (active license)
- 8+ years in public accounting or corporate tax
- Expertise in international tax law (Subpart F, BEPS)
- Proven track record in tax controversy resolution
- Advanced knowledge of ASC 740 and FIN 48
- Experience managing cross-functional tax teams
- Master's degree in Taxation preferred
