Responsibilities
- Prepare and review comprehensive corporate tax returns for UK and international clients.
- Provide expert tax planning advice to minimize liability and optimize financial performance.
- Liaise directly with HMRC and other regulatory bodies regarding audits and inquiries.
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering personalized financial guidance.
- Conduct internal reviews of tax processes to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax advisory.
- In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation, including Corporation Tax and Income Tax.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, CCH) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing presentations.
