Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex UK tax returns, including Corporation Tax, Income Tax, and VAT.
- Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies and ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax legislation.
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CTA, or CIPFA qualified (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in UK tax advisory.
- In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation, including Finance Acts.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to clients.
