Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Oversee the end-to-end shipping lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to negotiate favorable contracts and service terms.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or operations management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
