Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze complex logistics data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain bottlenecks and improve end-to-end lead times.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and key vendors to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
- Monitor global supply chain risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
