Responsibilities
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain robust demand forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce stockouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehousing, and transportation) to implement end-to-end supply chain strategies.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for potential process improvements and technology implementations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to improve service levels and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis or logistics management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
