Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle month-end and year-end close processes with high precision.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure ledger integrity.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions and oversee treasury operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline budget forecasting and reporting.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to increase departmental efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting.
- Active CPA license or significant progress toward certification is highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Sage Intacct.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying financial discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive insights.
