Responsibilities
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes efficiently.
- Perform complex account reconciliations and bank statement analysis to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee tax compliance and audit preparations.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal accounting controls and workflows.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process to support strategic business decisions.
- Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team with ad-hoc reporting and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in corporate accounting or public audit.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
