Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure budget adherence.
- Oversee tax filing preparations and coordinate with external auditors.
- Streamline accounting workflows through process automation.
- Provide detailed financial reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification or actively pursuing candidacy is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP experience preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex modeling).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
