Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, database queries, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and innovate solutions to drive product roadmaps forward.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java and experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django).
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Databases: Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
