Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance software solutions for our core AI platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver innovative features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using best practices and modern development methodologies.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various systems and environments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform future development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
- Experience with database technologies, both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
