Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern stacks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance and reliability in a high-traffic cloud environment.
- Participate in architectural discussions to drive the long-term technical vision.
- Work with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Mentor junior developers to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Full Stack engineering.
- Deep proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives.
