Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-scale distributed systems using modern cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices for the entire development team.
- Optimize application performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and refactoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles.
- Participate in architectural decision-making processes for new feature rollouts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on full-stack web applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of designing and managing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
