Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, scalable microservices using Go and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specs.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices to ensure code quality.
- Optimize database performance and API response times for a global user base.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical growth.
- Drive the end-to-end SDLC from ideation to deployment in a CI/CD environment.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
