Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable features across the entire software stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
- Optimize application performance and reliability in a high-traffic production environment.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Contribute to our CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles.
- Participate in system design sessions and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Advanced proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
