Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale microservices using modern architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Optimize application performance and reliability through proactive monitoring and database tuning.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of technical excellence within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement and delivery pipelines.
- Research and integrate emerging technologies to keep our platform competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a product-focused environment.
- Expertise in modern languages such as TypeScript, Go, or Python.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of managing high-traffic databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
