Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable features using modern web frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster an environment of high quality and growth.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring and proactive refactoring.
- Design and maintain high-performance API services to support our multi-region infrastructure.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, including TDD, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Node.js).
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Expertise in designing and managing high-scale relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
