Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability, scalable microservices using Go and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and technical roadmaps.
- Lead code reviews to ensure maintainability, security, and performance standards.
- Optimize database queries and system latency to improve end-to-end user experience.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to an inclusive and high-growth engineering culture.
- Drive the development of automated testing suites and CI/CD pipeline enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a cloud-native environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proven expertise in Go, Java, or Python for backend service development.
- Deep experience with frontend frameworks, specifically React or Next.js.
- Strong understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, and container orchestration strategies.
- Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL database design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
