Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, low-latency microservices using modern architecture patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into high-quality technical specs.
- Drive the development of robust APIs that power our primary web and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.
- Optimize existing codebase for maximum performance and cost-efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Contribute to our internal open-source tools and engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-growth environment.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Solid experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS or GCP) and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end software development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas.
