Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using modern backend frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through rigorous testing and observability practices.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Lead architectural discussions and technical roadmap planning for core product features.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of our ecosystem.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production systems to ensure 99.99% availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep proficiency in Java, Go, or Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React or Next.js).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven track record of building and maintaining distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
