Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend microservices using Node.js and Go.
- Develop and optimize responsive front-end components using React and TypeScript.
- Architect and maintain robust API contracts to support high-traffic internal and external integrations.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through rigorous code reviews and architectural workshops.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize system performance and reliability through automated testing and CI/CD best practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of our cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Go, Python, or Java).
- Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade distributed systems.
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (Redis, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
