Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for software craftsmanship and testing.
- Optimize database queries and API performance for low-latency operations.
- Drive the migration of legacy services to modern microservices architectures.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product roadmap planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Node.js, or Next.js).
- Strong proficiency in backend development with Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred: Lambda, EC2, RDS).
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
