Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust microservices using Node.js and Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define high-impact features.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for software quality and performance.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture for high-concurrency environments.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team technical standards.
- Develop and maintain secure, RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and drive continuous integration/deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and server-side languages like Go or Python.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and distributed system design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
