Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-availability microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and reliability across the full stack.
- Drive continuous integration and deployment processes to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 99.9% uptime for core platform services.
- Research emerging technologies to improve our current tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in modern languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Deep understanding of frontend frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
